By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Resonance 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Attendee understands that attending a live music festival involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, and other hazards. By attending the Event, Attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees that the organizers, sponsors, vendors, artists, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
Attendee, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, and assigns, hereby releases and holds harmless Resonance 2025, its organizers, partners, staff, volunteers, and venue owners from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to their participation in the Event, including but not limited to negligence, personal injury, or property loss.
Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Resonance and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their actions, conduct, or participation in the Event.
All ticket sales are final. The Event is subject to change, postponement, or cancellation at the discretion of the organizers. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
Attendee grants permission for their likeness to be captured in photographs, videos, or other media at the Event and used for promotional purposes without compensation.
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the Event, Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
